The session was led by Charles Burn, owner of Five Rivers Marketing, who brought clarity, relevance, and strategic focus to the conversation around small business marketing. Charles didn’t just skim the surface—he delivered real, actionable insights designed for small businesses like ours that need results without the fluff.
